How do I connect to the Live Classroom?
Download and install hotComm or hotComm Lite. With hotComm running, and connected to the internet (you will see this  icon in your taskbar) Simply click on the "Classroom" icon.

How do I cancel my Auto-renewing subscription?
Login to your PayPal account
On the line that has the Subscription Creation, click on where it says "Active"
At the bottom of the page, there will be a button to "Cancel Subscription"
On the next page, hit "Cancel Subscription" again to complete the cancellation process.
CANCELING YOUR SUBSCRIPTION WILL NOT CANCEL THE EXISTING PERIOD YOU'VE ALREADY PAID FOR, it merely cancels future automatic renewals.
